What is SimplyNano?
“SimplyNano” is an interdisciplinary educational project to promote the STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) in schools. The project consists of the experiment kits
“SimplyNano 1” and “SimplyNano 2” with a workshop on Curriculum 21, further training courses for teachers and a partner network.
Experimenting with SimplyNano
The two experiment kits “SimplyNano 1 and 2” are suitable as comprehensive teaching aids for school lessons from secondary level upwards.
Education for teachers
In the professional development courses, teachers receive an overview of the entire learning medium. You will carry out the experiments yourself and receive didactic-methodical instructions and references to Curriculum 21.
Enthusiasm for technical professions
Networking between schools and partner companies promotes future skilled workers. Experiments with a variety of novel nanomaterials arouse young people’s interest in practical applications, technical professions and apprenticeships.
