“SimplyNano” was represented with its own stand at this year’s Swissdidac & Worlddidac in Bern. Swissdidac is the leading trade fair in the Swiss education sector. It is regarded as the most important industry meeting place for experts, decision-makers and procurement managers from Germany and abroad.
The “SimplyNano” stand in the “Start-up Zone” at this year’s Swissdidac & Worlddidac attracted a great deal of interest. The current SimplyNano 2 learning media and the latest developments of the successful STEM project were presented at the stand. There were experiments, microscopes and a selection of SimplyNano experiments to marvel at.
Salvinia gets a taste of the trade fair
The incessantly running Nitinol motor attracted curious glances and many a visitor to the stand reacted with a “WOW” to the surprisingly bouncing Nitinol wire. In addition, the water-repellent surface of the Salvinia plant could be observed under the microscope.
Lively discussions and recognition
The award of the “WorldDidac Award” for the “SimplyNano 2” learning media attracted many interested visitors to the stand and there was a lively exchange with visitors to the stand. Many teachers were either familiar with SimplyNano 1 or SimplyNano 2 learning media and use them regularly in their lessons, or teachers visited the stand who are very interested in ensuring that SimplyNano 2 learning media are also available at their school in the future. In addition to numerous teachers, interested learners and those responsible for education were also among the discussion partners.
