After completing his doctorate at the HSG, he was head of the Competence Center for Gene, Bio and Nanotechnology at the HSG's Institute of Insurance Economics for five years. In 2005, he founded the Innovation Company as a start-up of the HSG.  <\/p>\n<p>He has many years of consulting experience in the areas of risk management and risk communication of new technologies.
